Pc: Rpg's, Mmo's? - Ushi No Tane Forum (2024)

lately ive tried dragonica, luna online, and neo. i like dragonica more than i thought i would, but the leveling gets slow really fast. luna i only played for a few hours. its alright but it feels like something missing. neo just started yesterday and im liking it more than i expected i would. im picky when it comes to graphics, camera angles, etc.
also recently tried florensiabriefly, you can kill things on land, but also sail a boat. couldnt get into it, didnt like the controls. not for me. and nostale. dont like the style or menus....so that i also only played for a few minutes.

fairyland, rose and ragnorokwould probably be my top three, in terms of what i like and how long i played them. domo was also kinda fun. grand fantasia was alright but i couldnt get into it.

i didnt like mabinogi. feista is on my list to try unless i get sucked into neo.

I hate to nitpick, but since FFXI is a game I've played for years and invested a lot of time in, I think I have to point out that you can't name your wyvern Bob.

Indeed, im a huge GW fan, but ive beat so many times GW I NEED YOU!!

Oh, you mean isometric camera?

You get bored easily because isometric MMOs have the design quality of a game from 1992 <_<

naw, most of the 3d ones seem pretty « Cow Poopy » too. i just cant play them for very long.
liiike for me, guild wars and wow = seizures. but theyre not any better than most other flaty type games ive tried anyways, so not a big lose o;
i just wish there was something i could actually play and that would hold my interest for more than a few hours before i abandon it foreverrr. i want a mmooo but everything sucks xD

like, the 3d wow and guildwars type stuff may be pretty but they end up giving me a headache between rotating the camera now and then and traveling and other stuff.
im not into side scrolling much either, so no latale, maple story, wonderking, dragonica, etc. though i might try wonder king if i cant find anything else...
